About the Role
As a Hostess, Pool Deck Operations, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting our pool and beach facilities. You will warmly welcome guests, manage seating arrangements, coordinate reservations, and ensure a seamless arrival experience. Working closely with the service team, you will help maintain smooth operations, anticipate guest needs, and create memorable experiences in a vibrant outdoor dining environment.
About You
The ideal candidate has a warm, engaging personality and a genuine passion for hospitality. You are confident communicating with guests from diverse backgrounds, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and pay close attention to detail. Previous experience as a Hostess or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel, resort, or restaurant is preferred. Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure are essential for success in this role.
