We are looking for a detail-oriented candidate to join our team family. The ideal candidate will oversee Sort Center activities, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage daily operations for Sort Center processes
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to standard operating procedures
- Lead and motivate associates to achieve performance targets.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators.
Basic qualifications
- 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience- High school or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
