Cluster Sales Executive

The Cluster Sales Executive reports to the Director of Sales and is responsible for generating new business and maximizing revenue per available room for Paramount Hotel Dubai. This role prospectively sells to individual and group accounts, meets quota targets, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Prospect, solicit, and close sales with Travel Agents, Wholesale, Tour Operators, corporate and transient accounts.
• Conduct telephone and in‑person sales calls, follow up promptly, and schedule facility tours.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue while satisfying client needs.
• Utilize company sales tools and maintain thorough product and competitor knowledge.
• Develop and maintain individual account plans for top accounts to maximize production.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure guest and group satisfaction.
• Track leads, maintain relationships, and generate ongoing revenue.
• Meet or exceed individual sales quotas and overall budgeted profitability.
• Report sales activity, bookings, and revenue metrics to the Director of Sales.

• Minimum 1–2 years proven sales experience in hospitality or a related industry.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of corporate market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to sell all hotel products and services with thorough product knowledge.
• Proficiency with sales tools and CRM systems.
• Highly motivated with strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to conduct facility tours and make a positive impression on clients.
• Good personal and business references.
