What you will do:

• Supervise and coordinate banquet operations to ensure flawless execution of meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events.
• Lead, motivate, and support the banquet team to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
•  Oversee event setup and breakdown to ensure all requirements and brand standards are met.
• Act as the primary point of contact during events, resolving guest requests and operational challenges efficiently.
• Monitor service quality and maintain exceptional standards throughout all functions.
• Support onboarding, training, and development of banquet team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times.

 

What you bring:

• Previous experience in banquet operations, food & beverage, or hospitality, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language proficiency is considered a strong advantage.

•  6 days per week over 48 working hours
