Job Description

• Perform alterations, repairs, and adjustments to Heartist uniforms, ensuring proper fit and presentation.

• Repair and maintain hotel linen, curtains, tablecloths, and other fabric items.

• Handle guest clothing alterations and repairs with care and within the required timeframe.

• Operate and maintain sewing machines and tailoring equipment safely.

• Monitor tailoring supplies and ensure efficient use of materials.

• Maintain a clean and organised work area while following hotel quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of tailoring experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.

• Skilled in stitching, alterations, garment repairs, and handling different fabrics.

• Proficient in operating industrial and domestic sewing machines.

• Good attention to detail and quality workmanship.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
