EXECUTIVE - MARKETING

A. Marketing & Communications

• Plan and deliver integrated marketing and communications campaigns aligned with PNZ commercial objectives and DP World brand guidelines.

• Develop and manage content across social media, email, websites and marketing collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and brand standards.

• Manage digital marketing across paid media, SEO, websites and landing pages, including CMS updates, user experience improvements, A/B testing and conversion optimisation.

• Execute lead generation and nurturing programmes using CRM segmentation, marketing automation, personalised journeys and effective handover to Sales.

• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify trends, priority segments and growth opportunities.

• Plan and deliver exhibitions, roadshows, sponsorships and customer events in collaboration with Sales, Business Development and other stakeholders.

• Manage agencies and vendors to ensure quality deliverables are completed on time, within budget and in line with brand standards.

• Monitor and report campaign performance, using insights to improve marketing effectiveness, conversions and return on investment.

B. Customer Experience

• Support CX initiatives, including Voice of Customer programmes, dashboard reporting and the analysis of customer feedback and benchmark data to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support customer journey improvements, engagement and loyalty initiatives by coordinating actions across relevant teams and promoting a customer centric culture.
