Job Description:
Site Inspector (UAE National)Dubai, UAE
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Site Inspector (UAE National) to join our team!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation practices on site.
- Review and verify that work is carried out in accordance with applicable engineering standards, codes, and safety regulations.
- Report construction progress, site observations, non-conformances, and potential issues to the project team.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and engineering teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain accurate inspection records, daily reports, checklists, and documentation.
- Monitor health, safety, and environmental compliance across the project site.
- Assist with the inspection and approval of completed works and follow up on corrective actions.
- Support project engineers and site management in ensuring work is delivered according to schedule and quality requirements.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
- Diploma or High School certificate.
- Candidate must be a UAE National.
- Previous experience or interest in construction site inspection and supervision activities.
- Good knowledge of construction practices, applicable industry standards, and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent observation skills.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Willingness to work on construction sites and conduct field inspections.
