Using Unirecruit responsibly.

This is an operational working draft for legal review, describing the independently hosted jobs portal as deployed on 18 August 2026.

Community rule for employers

Unirecruit exists to connect people: helping businesses grow by finding the right people, and helping people find a job. Every employer account accepts this rule before posting. Any fraudulent tactic or false information (a fake job, a false company or contact, or asking candidates for money, documents or personal details under false pretences) is reported immediately to the UAE Police Cyber Crime Unit and the relevant authorities. A job that is reported and found not to be real gets its account blocked immediately. We also remove all of that account's listings and share the account's details and all our records about it with the authorities. If a report proves false, we restore the account and all its listings exactly as they were.

Portal purpose

Unirecruit provides a public directory of job opportunities, employer information and career guidance for roles in the UAE. It does not guarantee an offer, placement, work permit or employer response.

Job information

Listings may originate from employers or attributed public sources. Check the hiring organisation, the original source and the application destination before applying. Jobicy-sourced roles retain source attribution and canonical application links.

Your account and documents

You are responsible for maintaining accurate sign-in information and for the content you upload. Do not upload another person’s identity documents without authority, malicious files, or information you are not allowed to share.

Applicant safety

Never pay for a vacancy or permit promise. Work and permit requirements vary by individual case; follow the relevant official authority and do not begin work before you have the required authorisation.

Availability and changes

We may update, correct, remove or suspend portal content and features. We aim to keep information useful, but public sources, vacancies, policy and requirements can change without notice.
